AYODELE  IROKO – CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Ayodele Iroko is a hardworking, focused, committed and proactive development professional with over 20 years’ experience in public private sector partnership linkages and engagement; stakeholder analysis engagement and development; institutional analysis and capacity building; program strategy development; community mobilization, sensitization and involvement to achieve behavioral change; and health partnership formation to enhance performance for sustainable behavioral change.  She holds MBA from Lagos State University (LASU) and a fellow of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) Chartered.

Ayo Iroko, a trainer, motivational speaker has extensive experience in the design and management of health care approaches in public & private/NGO sectors. Her experience encompasses management of several USAID funded projects. She has in the past 23 years worked on several health projects to improve health care delivery in Nigeria.

She has recorded remarkable achievements in innovative health care strategy design and implementation in challenging environment, demand creation strategy design and institutionalization, private provider networks, capacity building, public-private partnerships and project management. She has a keen interest in identifying and stimulating multi-sectoral approaches to achieve desired change in Public Health issues.

She has continuously nurtured strong relationships with high level officials in both public and private health sectors in Nigeria. She has strong interactions with colleagues in government parastatals, donor agencies; leaderships of health professional associations in Nigeria and very familiar with various cultural systems and practices in Nigeria.
