AKIN IROKO – CHAIRMAN

Akin Iroko is a dynamic, resourceful and seasoned Administrator of repute with amiable track records in the management of both human and material resources. His areas of expertise include Association Management, BMO restructuring and Turn-Around Management; Corporate Governance Facilitation and Ethical Issues, He is also versed in Mentoring and Leadership Facilitation, Strategic management, Boardroom practices, Board Structuring amongst others.

Akin Iroko headed the Institute of Directors Nigeria as Director-Genera/CEO from Sept 2000 to June 2006. For over a decade, he is the President/CEO of TVL Consulting Limited, a strategic management firm with training collaboration with University of Pittsburgh, PA, USA and American University of Sharjah, UAE. He is an alumnus of PAN Atlantic University, Lagos Business School, CEP 12; Ambrose Alli University (MBA), The Polytechnic of Ibadan, Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) to mention but a few. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) Chartered, Member, Chartered Institute of Personnel management (CIPM); Fellow and Governing Council member of the Institute of Directors Nigeria. As the CEO of IoD Nigeria in 2002, Vanguard Newspaper named Akin Iroko, Best CEO of the Year (South West Nigeria).
